The entire factory was refurbished in 2001 keeping in mind the stringent national and international food standards. The state of the art infrastructure has latest technology in every process used to ascertain the final product. The company has heavily invested in ice machines, freezers, refrigerated trucks and other equipment.

Equipment for processing is cleaned and sanitized in a manner that protects against contamination of products and packaging materials.

Inspection, measuring, and test equipment is calibrated regularly as per the norms laid down in HACCP and the Quality Manual as per ISO 9001:2000.

The company established procedures to ensure that its most important asset, its employees, are adequately prepared to respond to the needs of internal and external customers and operational requirements. Performance appraisal identification of training needs is done regularly, and the health and welfare of the workers is closely monitored.
